For boys and girls aged 8 - 10.

Cubs is the second section of the Scouting movement, originally started in 1916 for younger brothers who wanted a 'look-in'. The section has constantly evolved and adapted its programme and methods to meet the changing needs of each generation of young people, and these days admits girls as well as boys.

Children join a Cub Scout Pack for adventure, excitement and new experiences. With more challenging activities than their younger counterparts, Cub Scouts have the opportunity to learn new skills and try adventurous outdoor activities as part of a varied and well-balanced weekly programme.
